blacklist and your I.P will be banned from this site forever. There are no forgiveness. You break the rules you deal with the consequences.

Do not claim any of the wallpapers as yours.
You may only use the wallpapers for your destop background.
Layouts
Please do not remove any credits.
You may only use the layout and no others.
Do not steal any coding.
Do not even touch the style.css file.
Do not remove the watermark on the layout.
Do not steal.
Must have a visible link somewhere on your site.
Transparent PNGs
Please link back If you use any of my PNGs.
They are for your use only, do not resdistributed them.
For Everything Else
If you know the rules, go on and snoop around the site, but please be responsible.
Do not be rude on the comments and start fights. If you do I will ban your I.P from ever commenting anything on my updates.
